Candidate Requirements

>GNM/BSc Nursing with valid registration
> 3+ years experience in nursing (Critical Care experience preferred).
> Strong coordination and leadership skills.
> Willingness to travel for patient assessments, training & supervision.
> Supervise and guide field nurses & caregivers.
> Conduct patient evaluations and implement care plans.
> Ensure clinical quality and protocol adherence.
> Support critical care setup and nursing at home.
> Hiring Nursing staff, GDA, and freelancers partnership with vendors
> Field visit for partnership with Skill academy's and skill development organizations to build networks with institutions through in-person meetings (felid Visits) and Calling
>Maintain well-organized employee records for GDA, nursing staff, and freelancers, and track their performance.
>Ensure proper execution of organizational policies and procedures.
> Collaborate with the operations team.
>Stay informed on healthcare regulations and provide training to new hires.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
