Nursing Supervisor

for our Diagnostics Centre situated in

Supervise and guide nursing staff, providing support and guidance as needed. Ensure high-quality patient care, adhering to hospital policies and procedures. Monitor and evaluate patient care plans, making adjustments as necessary. Manage staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Implement and enforce hospital policies, procedures, and standards. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care. Address patient and staff concerns, resolving issues promptly. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records and reports.
