Qualification:
B Sc Nursing/ GNM
Supervised day-to-day activities, includes monitoring quality of service and utilization standards, supervising shift activities, and delivery of patient care.
Developed and implemented action plans to improve staff development and the delivery of patient care.
Coordinated plans of treatment, customer-focused care, and cost-effective utilization of services.
Implement and maintained patient care plans.
Monitor record, report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
Records patient information or data.
Order, interpret and evaluate to diagnostic test to identify and assess patient condition.
Guides and help nurses in nursing procedures.
Establish rapport with every staff and employees of the institution.
