Overseeing the work of nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants.
Creating and managing staff schedules, including filling in for call-outs and ensuring adequate coverage.
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to nursing staff.
Addressing and resolving staff conflicts and issues.
Participating in the hiring and onboarding of new nursing staff.
Patient Care and Quality Assurance:
Ensuring that patients receive safe, effective, and compassionate care.
Monitoring patient outcomes and identifying areas for improvement.
Implementing and enforcing infection control protocols.
Developing and updating nursing policies and procedures.
Assisting with the development and implementation of patient care plans.
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicating with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals about patient care plans and progress.
Collaborating with other departments, such as pharmacy, radiology, and social services.
Serving as a resource person for nursing staff on clinical and administrative issues.
Training and Development:
Providing training and guidance to nursing staff on new procedures, policies, and technologies.
Identifying professional development opportunities for nursing staff.
Qualification Required : DGNM or Bsc Nursing
Experience : 10 - 15 yrs
Registration must.
Should work in rotational shift.
