Job Description

Staff Management



Supervising and supporting nurses and other healthcare personnel. Scheduling shifts, managing time-off requests, and ensuring adequate staffing. Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.

Patient Care Oversight



Ensuring that nursing care meets established standards. Addressing and resolving patient or family concerns related to nursing care. Assisting in developing and implementing patient care plans when necessary.

Administrative Duties



Maintaining accurate patient and staff records. Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures. Participating in audits, inspections, and accreditation processes.
4.

Training and Development



Organizing orientation programs for new nursing staff. Coordinating continuing education and professional development opportunities. Promoting best practices and evidence-based care.
5.

Communication and Coordination



Acting as a liaison between nursing staff, doctors, and hospital administrators. Reporting significant incidents or changes in patient conditions. Leading shift handovers and team meetings.
6.

Crisis and Conflict Management



Managing emergency situations or critical incidents. Resolving conflicts among staff members or with patients.
7.

Quality Improvement



Monitoring and improving nursing practices. Implementing quality assurance initiatives. Collecting and analyzing data to support patient safety and satisfaction.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
