Job Title:

Nursing Supervisor

Location:

Vedansh Superspeciality Hospital Pvt.Ltd, Dadri

Experience Required:

1-3 years (including minimum 2 years in a supervisory role)

Qualification:

GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid registration

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day nursing operations across wards, ICUs, and other patient care areas. Ensure proper staffing, shift allocation, and duty rosters for nursing staff. Monitor patient care standards, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and hospital policies. Conduct regular rounds to ensure hygiene, discipline, and patient satisfaction. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to nursing staff. Coordinate with doctors, management, and other departments for smooth patient services. Handle escalations, grievances, and resolve operational issues. Maintain and verify nursing records, reports, and incident documentation. Ensure compliance with NABH/JCI and other regulatory standards.

Key Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Good knowledge of clinical protocols and nursing practices. Ability to handle emergencies and multitask effectively.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
