Nursing Team Management.
Implementation of Nursing Standard Guidelines, Policy and SOPs.
Implementation of Nursing Training and Development program.
Reports Preparation of Nursing Quality Indicators, SOP Compliance.
Monitoring Nursing Duty Roster.
Ensuring Smooth Nursing Administration across hospital.
Maintain the records of attendance of nursing staff and leave of any kind.
