Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and evaluate a team of oncology nurses and nursing assistants.
Develop and implement nursing protocols tailored to integrative cancer care.
Monitor and ensure high standards of clinical and patient care.
Coordinate with doctors, nutritionists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals for holistic patient support.
Maintain patient records, ensure adherence to documentation standards and data privacy regulations.
Conduct regular audits and evaluations of nursing practices and patient outcomes.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews for the nursing staff.
Participate in patient education and counseling as required.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory bodies (NABH, JCI, etc.)
Ensure availability and proper use of medical supplies and equipment.
Implement infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing (BSc/MSc Nursing).
Registered Nurse with valid Nursing Council registration.
Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or administrative role.
Experience in oncology or palliative care is preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
