Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tiruppur for a Nursing Superintendent at Mithra Speciality Hospital & Kidney Centre. The Nursing Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day nursing operations, ensure adherence to healthcare protocols, manage staffing and scheduling, and provide leadership to the nursing team. The role involves ensuring high-quality patient care, maintaining compliance with medical standards, and collaborating with other departments for smooth hospital operations. The candidate will also engage in training and mentoring nursing staff and addressing any patient or staff concerns effectively.

Qualifications

Strong management and leadership capabilities to oversee nursing teams effectively Comprehensive knowledge of nursing procedures, medical protocols, and healthcare regulations Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to coordinate with staff, patients, and other departments Experience in recruitment, scheduling, and staff training Ability to handle emergency situations and make critical decisions under pressure Proven record of maintaining high standards of patient care and hospital hygiene Registered Nurse with a valid license and relevant certifications Master's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management is preferred Experience with kidney care or dialysis centers is a plus
