Job Description

Managing the nursing department:

Overseeing nursing staff, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring the highest level of patient care

Training and educating nursing staff

: Ensuring that nursing staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide quality care

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals:

Working with physicians and therapists to develop and implement patient care plans

Maintaining accurate records:

Keeping accurate records of patient care and nursing department activities

General supervision:

Ensuring efficient nursing care to all patients in the hospital

She is

responsible for the General supervision of Nursing care given to the patients and all Nursing activities within the Nursing Unit

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
