Staff Management

Supervise and manage all nursing personnel, including recruitment, placement, rotation, and performance appraisal.

Policy Implementation

: Develop and enforce nursing policies, procedures, and hospital rules to ensure consistent care delivery.

Compliance Oversight

: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, professional ethics, and nursing standards.

Leave and Attendance

: Approve critical leaves (maternity, paternity, child care), monitor attendance, and handle disciplinary actions for unauthorized absences. To ensure timely indenting and proper stock management. To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices. Ability to handle larger volume of work in bigger setup. Reasonably high level of comfort among physicians.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
