We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Superintendent to lead and manage our hospital's nursing department. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of patient care, oversee nursing operations, maintain regulatory compliance, and mentor nursing staff to promote a safe and professional healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all nursing services in the hospital. Manage duty rosters, leave planning, and ensure adequate staffing in all departments. Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety guidelines. Monitor patient care services and take corrective action wherever necessary. Conduct regular training programs and skill development sessions for nursing staff. Maintain records and reports as per statutory and hospital requirements. Coordinate with other departments for seamless patient care delivery. Handle audits, inspections, and ensure compliance with NABH/Quality standards. Monitor usage and inventory of nursing supplies, medicines, and equipment. Act as a liaison between management and the nursing team.

Pay: ₹30,550.55 - ₹65,373.50 per month
