Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all nursing staff in the hospital.
Ensure implementation of hospital policies and nursing standards.
Plan, organize, and coordinate nursing operations and activities.
Monitor patient care quality and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Maintain proper staffing levels and prepare duty rosters.
Handle training, orientation, and performance evaluations of nursing staff.
Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth patient care.
Maintain medical records and ensure proper documentation.
Manage nursing supplies and equipment efficiently.
Handle grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications:
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Minimum
8-10 years of nursing experience
Registered Nurse with a valid license.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of hospital policies, NABH standards, and infection control practices.
