Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise nursing services across all hospital departments.
Ensure quality patient care in compliance with medical, nursing, and hospital standards.
Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing staff performance.
Prepare duty rosters, allocate work, and monitor attendance of nurses.
Implement NABH/JCI guidelines, infection control protocols, and safety standards.
Conduct training, workshops, and continuous education programs for nurses.
Maintain proper documentation, nursing audits, and compliance with statutory regulations.
Liaise with doctors, management, and other departments for smooth patient services.
Handle patient grievances related to nursing care and resolve issues effectively.
Ensure availability and maintenance of medical equipment, medicines, and supplies.
Qualifications & Skills
M.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing with valid registration from State Nursing Council.
Minimum
10-15 years of nursing experience

3-5 years in a supervisory role

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge of nursing protocols, NABH/JCI standards, and hospital operations.
