Staff management and supervision

Hiring, training, and evaluating nursing staff Creating work schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels Managing staff performance and addressing disciplinary issues Providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Patient care and quality assurance

Ensuring high standards of patient care are met Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures Monitoring patient care outcomes and conducting audits Handling patient complaints and concerns Ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and regulations
Administrative and financial duties

Managing the nursing department's budget and resources efficiently Maintaining accurate patient care records and documentation Planning and organizing nursing services to meet the facility's goals Negotiating with vendors for necessary supplies and services Representing the nursing department on hospital committees and to senior leadership

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
