Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee nursing operations across all hospital departments to ensure high standards of patient care

Supervise nursing staff, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and NABH guidelines

Implement training programs to enhance nursing skills and professional development

Coordinate with hospital administration, doctors, and support staff for smooth hospital operations

Monitor nursing documentation, medication administration, and infection control measures

Address patient grievances related to nursing care and ensure continuous quality improvement

Manage nurse staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Hospital: 10 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:

kerala nursing council registration (Preferred)
