The

Nursing Superintendent

will be responsible for managing the entire nursing team, ensuring adherence to hospital policies, maintaining patient safety standards, and coordinating with clinical and administrative departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor nursing services across all departments. Ensure implementation of hospital policies, NABH standards, and infection control protocols. Prepare and manage nursing duty rosters, leaves, and schedules. Conduct regular training, orientation, and performance appraisals of nursing staff. Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and professional behavior within the nursing team. Coordinate with HR and management for recruitment and manpower planning. Ensure proper documentation, audits, and compliance with statutory norms.

Qualification & Experience:

Qualification:

B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing

Experience:

Minimum 4-10 years, including 2-3 years in a supervisory/administrative role.

Registration:

Valid Nursing Council registration.
