Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Nursing Head

to lead our nursing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, in-depth clinical knowledge, and prior experience in managing nursing teams in a hospital setup.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Nursing Department Ensure compliance with NABH standards and hospital protocols Lead, train, guide, and evaluate nursing staff to maintain high quality of care Develop and implement nursing policies, SOPs, and best practices Monitor patient care services and address escalations promptly Prepare duty rosters, manage manpower, and streamline operations Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments for smooth workflow Conduct audits, maintain documentation, and ensure safety standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives Support hospital leadership in strategic planning & performance enhancement

Required Qualifications

GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Post B.Sc Nursing (M.Sc Nursing preferred) Minimum

5-10 years

of clinical experience, with at least

2-3 years in a supervisory/NS role

Strong understanding of hospital operations, patient care protocols, and NABH standards Excellent communication, leadership, and team-handling skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in multi-speciality hospitals Knowledge of infection control, quality parameters, and emergency care Ability to manage crisis situations with confidence and professionalism Proficiency in preparing reports, audits, and compliance documentation
