Responsibilities - Responsible for administration of nursing programs by providing managerial skills needed in directing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and coordinating nursing care and the delivery of safe and patient centric care. Ensure professional nursing care according to established standards and procedures. Documentations and data management in overall nursing care, timely MIS generation. Ensures that comprehensive care is given to each patient and evaluates the services rendered Is responsible for the overall management of nursing areas. Periodic performance assessment. Inter-department co-ordination for services. Developing policies and procedures. Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor's degree in nursing from a reputed nursing college. Experience of 5 years in Medical and surgical wards. Mandatory Basic life support certification Good knowledge of a Hospital Information System Mandatory registration
