Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients in wards, ICU, and OPD. Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient vitals, record observations, and report to doctors. Assist in medical procedures, diagnostic tests, and emergency care. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control in patient areas. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, post-care, and preventive health. Maintain nursing documentation, reports, and patient records. Support doctors during rounds, surgeries, and emergency situations. Ensure safe handling of medical equipment and supplies. Follow hospital policies, protocols, and ethical standards of nursing practice.

Qualifications & Skills:

ANM/ GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing (with valid registration from State Nursing Council/INC). Prior clinical experience preferred (freshers may also apply). Strong knowledge of patient care, nursing procedures, and medical ethics. Good communication, empathy, and teamwork skills. Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
