Panacea home care is looking for qualified and dedicated Nursing Staff to provide professional in-home healthcare service, The role involves delivering compassionate patient centric care at home as well as supporting continuity of care post-hospitalization.
Key Responsibilities :-
Provide skilled nursing care at patient's home.
Post- surgery and post-hospitalization care.
Vital monitoring, medication administration, wound care.
Assist doctors and physiotherapists as per care plan.
Elder care and long-term patient support.
Maintain Proper Documentation and hygiene standard.
Coordinate with Panacea's medical team for ongoing care.
Required Skills & Qualifications;-
GNM/ANM/B.sc Nursing(mandatory).
Relevant Experience in home care or hospital care preferred.
Strong clinical skills and patient handling ability.
Compassionate, Calm and Professional attitude.
Willingness to work in shift/24-hours care setting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
