Job Summary:

Responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring quality service delivery, maintaining infection control standards, and supporting doctors and healthcare teams in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:Patient Care:

Provide direct patient care as per prescribed treatment and nursing protocols. Monitor and record vital signs (BP, Pulse, Temperature, Respiration, SPO2, etc.). Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as per doctor's orders. Assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Maintain proper documentation in nursing notes, treatment sheets, and registers. Ensure patient comfort, hygiene, and safety at all times.

Coordination & Communication:

Coordinate with doctors for patient rounds and treatment plans. Communicate effectively with patients and relatives regarding care and procedures. Handover patient details properly during shift change.

Clinical & Technical Skills:

Assist in emergency management and basic life support. Handle medical equipment such as monitors, infusion pumps, suction machines, etc. Ensure proper sterilization, infection control, and biomedical waste segregation.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain nursing station cleanliness and supply stock (medicines, linens, consumables). Prepare and update patient records, reports, and incident logs. Comply with hospital policies, NABH standards, and safety protocols.

Qualification & Experience:

Qualification:

GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / ANM (as per role).

Registration:

Must be registered with State Nursing Council.

Experience:

0-5 years (Freshers can apply for trainee positions).

Skills Required:

Good clinical and observation skills. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Compassionate attitude and professional ethics.

Work Conditions:

Rotational shifts (Morning, Evening, Night). Duty in IPD / ICU / Ward / OT / Homecare as per requirement.

Salary:

As per industry standards and experience.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
