Job Description

1. Patient Care

Monitoring vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, temperature, pulse)

Administering medications and treatments

Assisting with daily living activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, eating)

Providing wound care and managing medical equipment

2. Communication

Reporting patient status to doctors and other healthcare professionals

Educating patients and families about health conditions and care plans

Documenting care accurately in medical records

3. Supportive Care

Offering emotional support to patients and their families

Ensuring patient safety and comfort

Responding to patient needs and emergencies

4. Administrative Tasks

Maintaining patient records

Scheduling and coordinating appointments and tests

Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulations

5. Supervision and Training (for senior staff)

Supervising junior nurses and support staff

Participating in staff training and professional development

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
