Job Title:

Nursing Staff (Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse / Nursing Assistant)

Reports To:

Nurse Supervisor / Head Nurse / Medical Director

Job Summary:

Nursing staff are responsible for providing high-quality care to patients by assisting with medical treatments, monitoring patient health, offering emotional support, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes. They play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care across various healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care

Monitor, assess, and document patient health conditions. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed. Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and other daily activities. Support patients emotionally and communicate their concerns to physicians.

Clinical Duties

Prepare patients for procedures and assist during examinations or surgeries. Operate medical equipment and ensure it is maintained. Collect samples for lab testing (blood, urine, etc.). Maintain accurate patient records and report any changes in condition.

Coordination & Communication

Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare providers. Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-discharge care. Participate in staff meetings and case discussions.

Compliance & Safety

Follow infection control and health & safety protocols. Adhere to ethical and professional standards. Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Qualifications:

Education:

Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Valid nursing license (RN, LPN, etc.) as required by local/national regulations.

Experience:

Prior clinical experience preferred (amount may vary by position level).

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Compassionate and patient-focused mindset. Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and basic medical software.

Work Environment:

May include shifts, weekends, and holiday work. Requires standing for extended periods, lifting patients, and responding to emergencies.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
