Job Summary
A GNM Staff Nurse provides direct patient care, supports clinical operations, and ensures proper nursing assistance under the guidance of senior nurses and physicians.
Key Responsibilities
Provide bedside nursing care, maintain hygiene, and ensure patient comfort.
Record vital signs and assist in monitoring patient conditions.
Administer oral and basic medications as prescribed.
Assist in wound care, dressing, feeding, and mobility support.
Support doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
Maintain cleanliness, infection control, and proper documentation.
Provide patient and family education on basic healthcare needs.
Ensure timely reporting of patient concerns and follow nursing protocols.
