Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

Provide direct nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs and managing daily activities. Assist in personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility of patients. Ensure patient comfort and respond promptly to their need

Medical Assistance:*
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures. Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies.

Documentation:*
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes. Report any changes in patient conditions to the medical team promptly. Complete the IPD/MRD file post patient discharge

Infection Control:*
Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a clean and safe environment. Educate patients and families on hygiene practices to prevent infections.

Community Health:*
Participate in health education programs and community outreach initiatives. Provide maternal and child healthcare services, including immunizations and antenatal care.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
