We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

Assess patient needs, develop individualised care plans, and implement appropriate nursing interventions. Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories accurately. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support for patients. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in accordance with legal and regulatory standards. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing.

Qualifications

Valid nursing registration with the relevant regulatory body. Proven experience in patient care within a healthcare setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to provide effective nursing interventions. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Compassionate nature with a strong desire to improve patient outcomes.
