We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Labour Room Incharge (Nursing Staff)

to join our team at IET Ithis Hospital. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing all nursing activities in the labour room, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to medical protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the labour room Supervise nursing staff and support them in handling deliveries Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of records Monitor equipment and supply availability Coordinate with obstetricians and pediatricians during labour and delivery Train and guide junior staff and new joiners Maintain hygiene, infection control, and patient safety at all times

Eligibility Criteria:

GNM/B.Sc Nursing Registered with the State Nursing Council Minimum 3-5 years experience in maternity/labour room setup Leadership qualities and ability to handle emergencies
