Job Description

Patient Assessment and Care:

Conduct physical examinations, record patient health histories, and assess patient conditions.

Treatment and Intervention:

Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with medical procedures as ordered by physicians.

Monitoring and Documentation:

Monitor patients' vital signs, observe their progress, and accurately document all observations and care in electronic health records.

Patient Education and Support:

Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families regarding their conditions, recovery, and health maintenance.

Team Collaboration:

Work with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

Coordination and Leadership:

Coordinate various aspects of patient care, and may supervise junior nursing staff.

Emergency Response:

Respond to medical emergencies and administer basic life-saving measures when necessary.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
