Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care as per doctor's instructions.
Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient condition.
Administer medications, IV fluids, and perform nursing procedures.
Assist doctors in rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and reports.
Ensure infection control, aseptic techniques, and patient safety.
Support patient and family education regarding care plans.
Check and manage ward inventory, equipment, and emergency supplies.
Requirements
Education:
GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing
Registration:
Valid State Nursing Council Registration
Experience:
0-3 years (Freshers can also apply)
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Willing to work in rotational shifts.
