As a Nurse Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified nursing professionals to meet the staffing needs of our healthcare organization. You will be responsible for attracting top talent through various recruitment strategies and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Duties

Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract nursing candidates Utilize sales and communication skills to engage with potential candidates Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding Utilize executive recruiting techniques to target senior nursing positions Utilize recruiting platforms such as iCIMS, Workday, or other HRIS systems Utilize social media management tools to promote job openings and engage with candidates

Qualifications

Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR roles Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and nursing roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with recruitment software such as iCIMS or Workday is a plus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of executive recruiting techniques is beneficial
