Position Overview:
The Principal will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the Nursing College, ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing education. Key Responsibilities:
Academic Leadership:
Develop and implement nursing programs that meet accreditation standards and industry requirements.
Faculty Management:

Curriculum Oversight:
Ensure the nursing curriculum is up-to-date and aligned with current healthcare practices.
Student Affairs:
Oversee student admissions, welfare, and conduct; provide guidance and counseling.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to nursing council regulations and accreditation requirements.
Administrative Duties:
Manage the institution's budget, procure equipment and supplies, and prepare reports.
Community Engagement:

Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Qualification:
Ph.D. in Nursing.
Experience:
