M.Sc. Nursing
Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in a recognized nursing institution, with at least 5 years in a leadership/administrative role.
Key Responsibilities
Provide academic and administrative leadership to the Nursing College.
Ensure compliance with INC, KNC, and University guidelines.
Supervise curriculum implementation, teaching, and evaluation.
Oversee faculty training, and performance evaluation.
Monitor student discipline, welfare, and academic progress.
Guide research, seminars, and workshops to enhance academic standards.
Liaise with regulatory bodies, hospitals, and affiliating universities.
Ensure smooth functioning of academic schedules, clinical postings, and examinations.
Maintain high standards of nursing education and ethical practices.
Report regularly to the management with updates on academic performance, compliance, and improvements.
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership, mentoring, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Updated knowledge of nursing education policies, trends, and practices.
Ability to handle administrative and academic responsibilities effectively.
