Nursing Manager - Cardiac Department

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily nursing operations in the Cardiac Department. Supervise and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and hospital policies. Coordinate with cardiac surgeons, physicians, and other clinical teams for smooth workflow. Monitor patient care outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives. Prepare duty rosters, manage staffing, and conduct staff training. Handle audits, compliance, and documentation as required. Address patient and family concerns professionally and promptly
