Sufiya College of Nursing, Nagaur (Rajasthan) is hiring qualified and dedicated Nursing Lecturers and Nursing Tutors to join our faculty. The role involves teaching, mentoring, and supporting nursing students while contributing to curriculum development and academic excellence.

Responsibilities

Conduct lectures, seminars, and practical training sessions for nursing students. Develop and update curriculum in line with nursing education standards. Evaluate students through assignments, exams, and clinical assessments. Provide guidance and mentoring to students on academic and career matters. Collaborate with faculty and administration to improve student learning. Participate in professional development activities.
Qualifications

Master's degree in Nursing (M.Sc Nursing) from a recognized institution. Valid Nursing License from the State Nursing Council. Teaching or clinical experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits

Salary: ₹14,000 - ?40,000 per month (commensurate with experience). Free food and accommodation provided. Employee State Insurance (ESI) coverage. Yearly bonus.
