Supervise students during clinical rotations, ensuring adherence to standards.
Curriculum & Assessment:
Develop, review, and update nursing course materials and syllabi.
Create and administer exams, assignments, and clinical evaluations.
Maintain student records and anecdotal notes on performance.
Student Support & Mentoring:
Provide academic advising and career guidance.
Act as a role model in clinical and classroom settings.
Offer counselling and support for student welfare.
Research & Professional Development:
Conduct scholarly research and publish findings.
Stay current with nursing advancements through continuing education.
Participate in professional organizations and conferences.
Administration & Collaboration:
Serve on college committees (e.g., curriculum, admissions).
Collaborate with faculty, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
Assist with organizing extracurricular and community service activities.
Essential Qualifications (General)
Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (BSc/MSc).
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Significant clinical nursing experience.
Previous teaching or clinical instruction experience (preferred).
Strong communication, mentorship, and leadership skills
