Nursing Lecturer educates and mentors nursing students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. They design and deliver lectures, develop curriculum, assess student performance, supervise clinical practice, and support research. Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging lectures on nursing theory, evidence-based practice, and critical thinking. Develop course materials, assessments, and clinical simulation scenarios for nursing students. Supervise student nurses during clinical placements to ensure safe patient-care practices. Mentor and advise students on academic progression, professional development, and research. Evaluate student performance by grading assignments, exams, and practical assessments. Contribute to curriculum review, accreditation, and continuous program improvement. Conduct and publish nursing research to advance knowledge and academic reputation. Participate in faculty meetings, committee work, and departmental decision-making.

Skill & Experience

Strong clinical nursing experience and evidence-based teaching techniques in academia. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage diverse student groups. Sound knowledge of curriculum design, assessment strategies, and accreditation standards. Proficiency in research methodology, data analysis, and scholarly writing. Ability to supervise clinical training and guide students in practical nursing care. Time-management, organisational skills, and capability to balance teaching and research.
