Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day nursing operations in the hospital/department. Lead, guide, and support nursing staff to ensure quality patient care. Prepare and maintain duty rosters, schedules, and shift allocations. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare standards, and safety protocols. Conduct training and orientation programs for nurses and junior staff. Monitor patient care delivery and handle escalations effectively. Maintain proper documentation, patient records, and reports. Coordinate with doctors, administration, and other departments for smooth operations. Ensure adequate stock and availability of medical supplies, equipment, and medicines. Conduct periodic audits, performance reviews, and quality checks.
