Core responsibilities

Staff management:

Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff, conduct performance evaluations, and discipline staff when necessary.

Scheduling:

Create work schedules, assign patients to nurses, and manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage.

Patient care oversight:

Ensure high-quality patient care by overseeing admissions, discharges, and transfers, and assisting with complex patient cases.

Administrative duties:

Manage medical supplies, maintain patient records and reports, and ensure compliance with laws, policies, and regulations.

Liaison and communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact between nursing staff, patients, families, physicians, and hospital administration.

Quality assurance:

Implement and monitor quality standards for patient care, maintain a safe environment, and assist with audits and policy updates. Must have 5-8 Years of experience in ICU ,NICU,CCU,PICU,NEONATAL.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
