Minimum 5 to 10 years (with at least 3 years in cardiac ICU leadership)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Nursing In-charge

to lead our

Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

team. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for delivering high-quality cardiac care.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate nursing staff in the cardiac ICU Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and patient safety standards Collaborate with cardiologists, intensivists, and multidisciplinary teams Manage patient care assignments based on acuity and staff competency Conduct training and mentorship for ICU nurses Monitor inventory, equipment, and emergency preparedness Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing / GNM with valid Nursing Registration Minimum 5 years of ICU experience, with at least 3 years in a cardiac setup Proven leadership and team management skills Strong communication and decision-making abilities Certification in ACLS/BLS preferred
