Supervise and manage nursing staff in ICU and related departments
Assist doctors and interventional specialists during ICU procedures and patient care
Prepare and maintain ICU equipment and ensure sterile environment
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and patient safety standards
Monitor patients pre? and post?procedure, including critical care management
Coordinate with doctors and hospital management for smooth workflow
Support training and performance development of nursing staff
Requirements
GNM / B.Sc. / P.B.B.Sc. (Nursing) with valid Maharashtra Nursing Council registration
Nursing Incharge (ICU): Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in ICU or critical care
ICU Nurse: Minimum 2 years of ICU/critical care
Experience of working in Cardiac setup will be an advantage
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast?paced environment
Candidates residing between Andheri and Virar (for Borivali) will be preferred
