Provide overall leadership and direction to the nursing department
Ensure high-quality, safe, and patient-centered nursing care
Plan, organize, and supervise nursing staff across all units
Develop, implement, and review nursing policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and accreditation standards
Manage nurse staffing, duty rosters, and workload distribution
Lead quality improvement and nursing excellence initiatives
Foster a positive work culture, teamwork, and professional ethics
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) - required
Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management - preferred
Valid nursing license/registration
2-5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
