Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing / MSc Nursing)
Valid nursing license/registration
o8-12 years of clinical nursing experience, with leadership exposure
Strong knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare regulation.
Key roles and responsibilities:
oLead, plan, and supervise all nursing staff and nursing operations oEnsure high standards of patient care, safety, and nursing practice oDevelop, implement, and monitor nursing policies, procedures, and protocols oManage staffing schedules, duty rosters, and workforce planning oRecruit, train, mentor, and evaluate nursing personnel oCoordinate with doctors, administration, and other healthcare departments oMonitor compliance with hospital regulations, accreditation standards, and legal requirements oOversee infection control practices and quality improvement initiatives oii y
