Key Responsibilities
Assist Medical Officer
Support medical officers in patient care, conduct clinical procedures, and ensure accurate documentation of patient information.
Medication Administration
Administer prescribed medications and injections.
Monitor patient responses and promptly report any adverse reactions.
Vital Sign Monitoring
Record and monitor patient vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation.
Patient Education
Provide guidance to patients and their families on treatment plans, disease management, and preventive health practices.
Collaboration with Healthcare Team
Work closely with medical officers, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure seamless and holistic patient care.
Medical Record Keeping
Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential patient records covering medical histories, diagnoses, treatments, and test results.
Inventory Management
Manage and maintain stock of medical supplies, equipment, and medications.
Order and restock supplies as needed.
Monitor expiration dates and dispose of expired items safely.
Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
GNM or B.Sc. in Nursing.
Maharashtra Nursing Council registration
is mandatory.
