Experienced candidate with min 10 years and above preferred.
Assess learning needs of nursing staff and develop appropriate educational programs
Design and deliver orientation programs for newly hired nurses
Provide ongoing clinical education, in-service training, and competency-based learning
Educate staff on new equipment, procedures, protocols, and evidence-based practices
Support continuing professional development and lifelong learning
Clinical Practice Support
Act as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff
Promote safe, ethical, and patient-centered nursing practice
Assist nurses in developing critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Curriculum & Program Development
Develop lesson plans, learning materials, simulations, and evaluation tools
Ensure educational content aligns with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements
Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and revise as needed
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure staff competencies meet hospital, legal, and accreditation standards
Maintain accurate education and competency records
Participate in audits, inspections, and accreditation processes
Collaboration & Leadership
Collaborate with nurse managers, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
Participate in policy development and implementation
Contribute to research, evidence-based practice projects, or staff development initiatives
