Hiring for the east point hospitals and medical college for the position of

Nursing Educator....

Responsibilities:

Conducts training sessions and workshops for nursing staff. Provides clinical teaching during ward rounds and procedures. Assesses training needs and updates nurses on new protocols. Oversees induction/orientation programs for new nurses. Evaluates staff competency and maintains training records. Ensures adherence to hospital policies, infection control, and quality standards. Supports continuous professional development activities. Coordinates training plans with nursing supervisors and department heads.

Qualifications:

B.Sc Nursing

(mandatory)

; M.Sc Nursing

preferred

. Minimum

2-5 years of clinical experience

. Good communication, teaching, and leadership skills. Knowledge of hospital protocols and nursing standards.
