: Create and update educational materials to teach new concepts, equipment, treatments, and protocols, ensuring they are delivered effectively to busy clinical nurses.
Leadership and mentorship
: Mentor nurses, provide on-the-job guidance, and serve as a professional role model to foster a cohesive and skilled team.
Program oversight
: Oversee training programs, including residency programs, student rotations, and preceptor classes.
Compliance
: Ensure staff compliance with mandatory training and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration
: Work with nursing leadership and other stakeholders to enhance the quality of patient care and support operational goals.
Support for students
: Facilitate the clinical education of nursing students and support the development of healthcare assistants.
