Qualification : M.Sc Nursing with relevant Certificates



Lead and manage nursing staff to maintain high standards of patient care.

Oversee daily nursing activities, including staff scheduling, training, and performance.

Support staff development with ongoing education and training.

Create a positive and collaborative work environment for the nursing team.

Ensure patient care meets hospital standards and regulations.

Monitor patient care outcomes and take corrective actions when needed.

Work on initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and care quality.

Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.

Lead the accreditation process for the nursing department (nursing excellence Certificate).

Prepare documents for audits and inspections.

Monitor compliance with hospital policies and accreditation standards.

Implement changes based on accreditation reviews to improve quality.

Work closely with doctors, department heads, and hospital leadership to ensure coordinated patient care.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to hospital operations and patient care planning.

Support the development of hospital policies to align with patient care goals.

Oversee nursing team scheduling and ensure proper staffing for patient care.

Contribute to strategic planning for nursing department growth.

Address employee concerns and performance issues.

Encourage continuous improvement and innovation within the nursing team.

Lead regular staff meetings to discuss goals and updates.

Be the main contact for patient families, addressing concerns and providing updates on care.

Handle patient care complaints and resolve them efficiently.

Lead nursing teams in emergencies, ensuring proper patient care and coordination.

Regularly review emergency response protocols to ensure effective care during critical situations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
