Supervise and support home care nurses and caregivers.
Develop and update individual care plans for clients.
Create care plans and ensure proper patient care.
Monitor patient progress.
Ensure all staff follow safety and hygiene standards.
Train new staff and manage scheduling efficiently.
Handle scheduling and manage daily operations.
Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff.
Address concerns or emergencies in a timely manner.
