Coordinate and manage homecare nursing schedules, ensuring timely deployment of staff to patients' homes.
Act as the primary point of contact between patients, families, and nursing staff.
Maintain and update staff attendance
Ensure documentation (assessments, visit records, reports) is accurately completed and filed.
Support training and onboarding of new GDA/nursing staff.
2. Handling Digital Leads (Online Platforms):
Receive and respond to homecare leads generated from digital platforms (website, social media, online campaigns, Google ads, etc.).
Call and qualify leads based on service requirements and clinical needs.
Follow up regularly with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless lead-to-service transition.
Maintain lead tracking with timely updates and follow-ups.
Share daily and weekly reports on lead conversions, response time, and pipeline.
3. Coordination & Communication:
Payment collection and follow ups with the clients.
Communicate with family members and patients to resolve queries and gather feedback.
Assist in client onboarding, consent documentation, and explaining homecare protocols.
Requirements:
Education
: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with added experience in coordination.
Experience
: 2-5 years in a clinical/nursing coordinator role, preferably in home healthcare. Exposure to handling online leads or CRM-based follow-up is desirable.
Skills
:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of digital tools (On line platform, MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
Patient-centric approach with empathy and problem-solving attitude
